Tenant's 30-day Notice to Vacate

I agree that it is my responsibility to notify the utility service organizations that I will be moving. I will complete a Change of Address form at the post office. I will clean the unit as per the cleaning instructions that will be furnished to me by the Landlord. Grand Management Services has provided me with move-out and cleaning instructions. I will turn in all copies of door keys, laundry keys, and mailbox keys. I will notify the Landlord when I am completely out of the rental unit and I will provide the Landlord with my forwarding address. I understand that Grand Management Services will not know that I have vacated my rental unit until I turn in keys and let the office know that I have fully vacated. I understand that leaving the keys inside the unit is not an appropriate way to relinquish keys, and that Grand Management Services will not be aware that you have vacated the unit, unless I turn in keys to the office and let them know. I agree that I will be responsible for rent for the next 30 days, according to this notice. I acknowledge that even if I vacate my unit early, I will still be responsible for 30 days of rent. I hereby certify that the above information is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that if I decide that I do not want to move or that I want to extend my notice, I may be denied by management.
