Listings and availability
Vacancies on this site come from AppFolio and can change at any time. A listing is not an offer to rent. Our office confirms rent, fees, deposits and availability.
Subsidized housing
Eligibility, rent and income limits follow each program's rules, such as HUD, USDA Rural Development, HOME and LIHTC. Each community's application and our office have the details.
Applications and payments
Applications and rent payments made on AppFolio follow AppFolio's own terms. The applications for our subsidized communities and for commercial space are made on this website.
Forms are not for emergencies
For fire, flooding, a break-in or anything dangerous, call 911 first, then our office at 541-269-5561.
Forms and your lease
Sending a form here does not change your lease. Where your lease or Oregon law calls for a signed written notice, follow your lease.
