How this site is built
This site is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, with large, readable type and strong contrast.
What has been tested
Every page, in English and in Spanish, passes automated accessibility checks for WCAG 2.1 A and AA (axe-core): no problems found across all 103 pages. The 28 main pages also score 100 for accessibility in Google Lighthouse.
Every page has been laid out at 17 screen widths, from 320 pixels (a small phone, and the width WCAG uses to stand for zooming in to 400 percent) to 1920, with nothing cut off and no text running into other text.
What is still being checked
Automated checks cannot find everything. We have not yet gone through every page and form using only a keyboard, or with a screen reader, including each part of the online rental application. An outside review in October 2026 found problems of that kind, such as in the photo viewer and in how forms point out an answer to fix, and we are fixing them. Until that check is done, we do not promise that every part of the site works with a keyboard or a screen reader.
If something does not work for you
Call 541-269-5561 (TTY 711) or email [email protected]. We will get you the information or the form another way, including on paper.
Reasonable accommodations
